Amenities were pathetic. Nothing of what was shown in pictures was available there. The location also was not saputara. It was hat-gad. Which is in maharashtra. So even for finding a good restaurant one needs to cross the state border and pay the road tax

No value for money Total big zero marks to hotel in all accepts only arguments no professional approach, you struggle for even a intercom phone. Was paid for one room for one day but not getting satisfaction at any level.

The staff is terrible and big nuisance beware of it. Whatever request you do they are not going to hear that. They switched off the phone when we complain to the owner so that the become inaccessible

The room was priced significantly higher than what we received in terms of quality and amenities. Despite paying a premium, the accommodations did not meet our expectations. The room lacked the level of comfort and features typically associated with its cost. We were disappointed that the experience did not align with the value promised, which affected our overall satisfaction with the stay. We believe that for the price we paid, the room should have offered more in terms of cleanliness, service, and overall upkeep. This discrepancy made the experience less than satisfactory.

Poor service and dirty room and staff's behaviour is good but service of the hotel is not good. Network is completely down and wifi is also not working in 2nd floor

It is an average property, poorly maintained. Food quality average. Lawns not at all maintained. It seems this property is running because of its location and overnight stay of traveller's.

Worst experience, people played music loudly even after so many complains there was no action and said you talk to them. Could not sleep properly, very very bad experience and not recommended next time.

We checked in late at night so woke up late in the morning our check out time was 11 am and we were getting ready but my small baby of 8 months took time as it was 11. 10 so we told him to give 15 min more but the staff member came in and started picking up our luggage saying we have already given this room to someone else he also gathered his housekeeping boys saying pick up the luggage and throughout of the hotel i think 30 min was not that long but there reaction was very bad what if this happened at night very risky hotel to stay with family and couple should not go dont know what they will do and as we were leaving there was no one waiting for our room there was no booking

No cleaning at all.

It’s completely different than pictures shown. They says its resort but no facilities like resorts, we feel like we are in hostel. I have visited kitchen and its full of cockroaches. Only few rooms are getting wifi signal. No cleaning at all.

1st lts not a resort its lodge terrible rooms, bad smell, no room service i've paid fr night without ac room, they are not including brkfst even, the staff was not even giving extra towell. We need to fight for towel, under maintanance property. No amenities in this lodge. Don't ever call it a resort. They are charging 4star rates with 1 star ambience and service. so bad experiance. Waste of money. 0 star i shld give
