Complimentary pickup provided from jetty. Nice location. With needed amenities. Private beach is also peaceful. They have their private swimming pool too but i personally feel not many are using it because of presence of beaches. Food is decent. Receptionist is helpful and provides suggestions on what could be beneficial for us in terms of planning

New hotel. Clean room. But understaffed. Staff unequipped to handle. Limited food though yummy. Location bad. Didn't feel like a vacation. No other amenities. Overall average

Neat and clean rooms, though small. Nice swimming pool. Friendly staff, very good breakfast, good ambience, vijay nagar beach is across the road at a distance of 150m.

Senses havelock is an amazing hotel with courteous staff. Our stay was comfortable and the staff made sure to be available for even the smallest things. They have a pool where you can relax and enjoy your evenings. A budget stay hotel with top class service.

The services/facilities are not worth the amount spent on this hotel. The room size is small. No staff was available to attend at the swimming pool. The washrooms and shower facility at pool side is pathetic. There were not even separate towels at pool side. Music system was there however it was left for the guests to operate. There were frequent power cuts observed. The intercom was also faulty. The staff is casual and needs some hospitality training. Food was okay. I think its a new property and needs lots of improvement. Overall not a really good experience and will not recommend anyone to stay there at such a price tag.

Hotel is good but do not justify his cost. Staff is good. Food was average. Roos are clean. Location is very good. Manager was not going to cooperate for local information like water activities, book local vehicle. He just want his commission in everything.

The manager book my scuba rude then when my health not good to do the rude i ask him to cancel but he said no money will be refunded. But when he told about all the ride that time he said anytime u can cancel the ride some nominal amount will be deducted and rest will be given to you. He takes from me 4000 advance for the ride and didn't give me any receipt. It's a big scam by the hotel owner.

We stayed here for 2 days. The room and the washroom was neat and clean. Room was a bit small in size but ok. The food quality is good. The staff members was good and helpful. The added advantage was the private beach in 100m distance from hotel.
