I was traveling to hoshiarpur with my wife and kid to attend a wedding and stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The staff members were polite and well-behaved. The check-in process was seamless, and the hotel provides parking for guests with 24-hour security keeping a watchful eye. Our bags were handled efficiently by the staff. The hotel has a lift, and our room was spacious, super clean, and well-maintained. The washroom was also clean and tidy. Though a few amenities were missing, we could easily request them from the front desk. Hot water was available 24/7. During our stay, i asked the housekeeping staff to clean the room five times, and they always did so promptly and professionally. Room service was efficient and quick. The complimentary breakfast was enjoyable, with the menu changing daily, which added variety. Overall, it was a very good stay. I would recommend others not to trust the negative comments online, as i didn’t face any of the issues mentioned there.

Room no 130 allotted to me is quite old. Mattress spring is can't sustain weight which resulting uncomfortable sleep. No tee tea kit in room. No toiletry except soap and clinic plus shampoo pouch. Cleanness is also poir

place and location is so nice rooms are small and bed is also mini bed for two persons only ac and amenities fine but breakfast is very bad no one cares about guest if you want to eat u can ask otherwise no one cares

Booked a presidency suit (2 rooms) for 3 nights. The rooms were fine. However, the items listed for presidency suit per room were not available. The basics like drinking water, coffee stirrer were also not there and were provided on multiple reminders. Also, the so called buffet had no options apart from sandwiches and paratha. On complaining to the property manager, they agreed to provide the options for the breakfast from next day and said whatever we will order, it will be done. The service is very slow and not worth the amount you pay. The same would have been fine if the charges for the room would have been around 2000. Taking money like a 5 star hotel and not providing anything is not at all acceptable. Half of the time went in fighting for the things and the service.

According to the rating or price rate the hotel experience is not good even washroom bucket is not clean and toilet is also not so clean they don’t have even tea complimentary .even room space is small

The hotel is just good looking from outside but there are no amenities in the room which they call as super delux. No good wifi, no water bottle, no brush and toothpaste, geaser was not working and moreover no parking facility cars are parked in open. It was never expected

I have been here several times but this time it was not good and hasn’t got the service i was expecting. Bathroom was not clean and at the time of extra bed they only brought a mattress not the fold-able bed and after asking they got it. So my overall experience was average

I slept myself at 10 pm, at 11. 30 pm i got up due to the mosquitoes bites, then i call house keeping for help and they did not lift my phone, then contact the reception man and he send all-out and then i could slept. So the spray was not done prierly. In the net the breakfast was free but they did not provide. Thanks

my experience about the stay was not very gud. the amenities that has been shown was not there completely. few of them are available in the room even the house keeping staff denied for bathrobe as well. apart from that, cleanliness of the room was terrible. i will be in doubt to recommend the hotel to anyone and it’s not value for money. rates are very high but service is very poor.

Not recommended! better book another hotel for stay in hoshiarpur.

Didnt had a good experience while a family stay in the hotel. I booked 2 rooms for my in-laws expecting a good service from a hotel marked as 3 star and trusting makemytrip. I was extra cautious about the sanitization and can a call to hotel reception before they reached home but still hotel nothing was done to ensure that. Then my relatives directly told the hotel team rooms are giving a foul smell and pillows donot have pillowcover, ac was not working and rooms were not clean still no major actions were taken. Later i had to call makemytrip to get the resolution for this and then we saw some movement. Not impressive had high hopes from hotel presidency. Think twice before you book a room with them.

Room is not clean and hygienic as per according to rate which im paying their there was fungus on washroom tiles and washroom curtain and even room is looking same as displayed on images
