Poor service

We paid for our room online but we went directly they charged extra money giving us reason which didn't make sense at all. The services were very poor. Constant power cuts and no electricity back up for 6 hours. Lift wasn't available during power cuts so we had go 4 floors down the stairs. Even warm water wasn't available for drinking, there were no room service at all. We couldn't enjoy or tolerate that stay there so we changed hotels the very next day. The cupboards weren't proper as we couldn't even open them.

Cleaning is best

Easy to reach, room is best and staff also best but accommodation is nice not good, many mosquitoes was their during day and night.
