Property is in an excellent location, with shops street foods, branded outlets all nearby, rooms are spacious, food is superb. Hotel staffs are courteous. Breakfast was not upto the mark, was getting cold, without the heating arrangement. But overall very nice experience

The location was good. People were cordial and helpful all the issues were on the rooms. The ac was not functioning properly. The fan condition was not at all good. They provided table fan in the night to neutralise the situations

Not maintained well, room not cleaned for two days we stayed. Shower not working, basic bucket and mug not provided. We have paid for this almost rs. 5400 per day mmt please charge the price based on service and worthiness.

The rooms are nice. Soap dispenser was broken in both the rooms we booked. Restaurant service is very slow. The location is good. Bathroom is neat.

The hotel room was clean maintenance ok ok i have booked double person complimentary items provided by a single person, when we ordered food they provided food without covering covers (it's not maintained highzine )

Decent hotel for good sleep

Booked a deluxe ac room for 3 days. Hotel was easy to locate. Overall the room was fine. Checkin was late because hotel didnt provide free checkin till actual 12 pm. We landed at the hotel around 8 am and learn t early checkin would cost 2000 which seemed to be much more. Reception was ready to reduce that to 1500, but still seemed more for a 3 day booking. Sleep quality - pretty good bed and ac, not much external noise cleanliness - decent. But no one cleaned up on the third day. Dirty glass wasnt cleaned, but tea cups were cleaned. Food - buffet breakfast was quite terrible. But the staff was really nice. Dosas were burnt, omlette was burnt, some vadas were fine, some were soggy with oil. Some puris were fine, some were really tough to crack. The staff tried to replace some of the burnt stuff which my kid refused to eat. But felt bad for wastage. Dinner in the room was much better. Apart from some chicken tikka/fry which was bitter, the gravies were mostly fine. Last day the staff packed dinner nicely for takeaway. Entertainment - the tv was okay. Mostly full with free channels, but nevertheless fine for us. We didnt use the wifi. Bathroom - a little primitive. Very few toiletries and room cleaning didn't provide new soap or toothpaste second day onwards. Fortunately we carried toothpaste. Other facilities - couple of half liter water bottles & pouches of tea (plus sugar & milk) was provided on day 1. Had to go out and ask a guy on day 2 after reception failed to provide any. On day 2 we left the key at the reception for cleaning and went for sightseeing. After returning reception didnt have the key and it took a good 10 mins to get it. The biggest surprise was that the door was left unlocked which was a big goof up on hotel's part. Fortunately nothing was misplaced. Reception was lackasidal and i didnt bother. Checkout was fast, i prepaid the dinner bills. So overall a decent hotel, reception really needs to catch up with the activities like requests for water/tea sachets soap etc or needs to make sure that the stuff gets done properly when guests leave the keys. Especially can't make guests wait for keys that were left for cleaning the room. Food needs to improve much. While food service was okay, the quality of several food items need to be better. Toiletries, tea/coffee sachets etc are sort of basic nowadays.

The hotel is located in the middle of the city but in our experience it was an average stay and amenities not upto the mark as per the charges they are taking.
