Rooms are neat and clean. Room service is good. Beds are very comfortable. Late check out was permitted. Very nearer to the bus stand and hospitality is extremely good.

The grand continent hosur is located just off the chennai highway. Very well maintained rooms and hotel. Really hygenic. The only thing wanting was the food, which needs improvement. Otherwise a wonderful stay.

Very good place one of the best place to stay in hosur in my experience, few things if they change like parking area which is in the down its difficult in bringing the car out side especially that road is v bz with lots of traffic. Food can be better.

Very ably staffed. The facilities are great. Very clean toilets and sheets on the bed. The room i stayed in was very spacious and well maintained. A must visit hotel for business or pleasure. The staff is very cordial and courteous which is a plus plus.

Customer service needs improvement

This hotel find through mmt, newly constructed hotel, infra and amenities are good. Hotel service not satisfied as a business travel. Tv not working twice informed them no resolution and wifi access is free which asked twice not provided, actually this is not required we have unlimited data access. The concern is the hotel not given much importance to guest i felt unhappy.
