Room is very small and dirty. Bedsheet very dirty and hair lot of, bathroom very small and not cleaning properly, there's no internet no food no housekeeper. If you complain about this they are saying only now we don't have staff properly

I have booked a standard room for 3 people, where I was promised to be provided with an extra mattress that never happened. The room was painfully small.

The breakfast in this Hotel was quite good along with the very helpful staff. The location was very good as well. This Hotel is totally good for travel.

Near to the Howrah Station

Location wise it is a great option for business travelers. The room was a bit congested but the cleanliness and staff was satisfactory. Security at this Hotel is also quite good.

It was a good location where the Hotel is situated. But to get more footfall in the Hotel they should do some damage control in their maintenance section. The Hotel lacked cleanliness. The staff was nice and the breakfast was satisfactory.

Hotel is not good per OYO standards, poor than guest house, I booked 2 rooms for 3 adults each but they don't have more than 2 facility and did not gave any extra bedding, blanket and other but was charged, when I complained they said I can cancel by booking if not happy. Extremely unprofessional.
