This hotel said that there is swimming pool and i ask from them there is a swimming pool they said that there is no swimming pool. Bathroom is so small and commode is damage and licking of water and room service is very bad.

manager is not helpful.. not given any satisfied answer.room shown is different as reality.staff is good .Earlier said then after room is not cleaned 😕.. very poor response.. not suggest to others for book here.

My room was in the 1st floor no. 122. It was a horrible experience. Because 1. Room lock was not working properly. 2. Door has no bolt form inside. 3. A. C. Doesn't have remote. 4. Windows slider was jam. 5. Room light was not sufficient & some are out of work. 6. In bed room there is no fan. 7. Bed room door does not closed because the door is bigger than the frame. 8. Living room are full of insects. Specially ants. It is disturbing when someone having food. 9. No swimming pool for us. They told the pool is the property of fortune group now. We are not allowed to go there if we wish to take some pictures beside the pool. 10. Foods are costly. 11. Lift not working. 12. Entrance road is dark in the night there are no street light. 13. No sufficient stuff & night guard 14. Out side of the building, the area is like dustbin and jungle. 15. Bathroom lock also defective. It was a very bad experience in lack land country club in mid of september 2024. I feel insecure in the night. That very day i was quite disgusted so i forgot to take pictures, please inspect the property and make it justified.

Location very good, there are 30 functional rooms but no room is clean. Most unhygienic condition washroom. Room size is very good but only housekeeper who does the reception and housekeeping job both. The entire property is under renovation no care of up-keeping the property nor inside or outside. Lift not functional and staircase has not been cleared for months.

It was a worst experince it took almost 1hr to checkin they first given me the normal room i told them i have booked a lake view room but they keep on telling me no. One of the senior staff was just talking on phone and the staff present didnt have much knowledge. 2nd the room floor was not clean and i booked a lake view room to spend quality time with my partner standing in the balcony bt the balcony was not clean sand cement mixture was all there. At 10:15 i came down for water but the guard was full sleepy he amost took 30min to provide water and i have to wait for dinner as the water was not there. it was a special day for me and my partner so i choosed a good property for stay otherwise there was lots of option at low prices in OYO.

Entire property is under renovation. Accommodation in an old apartment. Room picture displayed is totally different than actual room provided which was very degraded as per standards.

Terrible condition of the property. Walls are dampened and peeling off. Property stinks. Tv is outdated. Stained bed sheet. Broken tiles on floor. Unprofessional employees. Phone in the room not working. Torn sofa. Torn filthy blankets. Not suitable to stay even for 2 hours.

It was a horrible as we didn't even stay for 4 hours also. This is not good for any family to book and stay at this property. We have not stay at this property. Arrange refund. You should not any bookings this property. Service was very horrible ordered tea and waited for 2 hours but tea was not delivered.

No clean and neat even there’s no no a hanger to hang dress no wifi washroom full of dirty and collapsed pillow and sofa was with dirty and bad smell swimming pool not useableno hospitality.
