All good. Good staff-my experience at hotel nox residency was absolutely delightful! from the moment i arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and well-designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions, yet it feels like a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The amenities were top-notch, and i especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast spread. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, hotel nox residency is a fantastic choice. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a luxurious yet affordable stay!

Hotel room, washroom are hygienic, clean & excellent for single or family stay. Food quality is good. Only need to slightly improve for breakfast buffet varieties.

Noxx residency hotel is good. But the rooms are not sound proof. If you talk inside the room someone can easily listen it from outside. The cleanliness is okay. But the room service is pathetic. I need to call them 4-5 times for a simple mineral water. And they charge very different for the same breakfast. 1st day we ordered 1plate idli and 1 plate butter toast they charged me 600 and the next day for the same order they charged me 400 and the 3rd day they charged only 250. So be very careful in terms of ordering breakfast. So if you are comfortable with this you can go for this hotel. The rooftop is great in term of view specially at night. And the room are clean you can get the 5star type vibe in this price range

The room was clean and worth the money. We haven't got such an extremely clean and neat room for this money for any of our travels so far. However we would like to give a low rating due to the following reasons : 1. We were suppose to check in at 11. Am, however our flight got delayed and we reached the airport around 1 pm and we also informed the receptionist that we have arrived at the airport and will reach in an hour or two. By the time we reached the hotel it was around 4 pm and they kept us waiting for around 30-45 mins to check in despite informing them earlier. 2. The receptionist who was thin and had long hair - she was literally the most disappointing receptionist i have ever seen in my life who does not know how to behave, respect or deal with customers. She was non energetic throughout the days we had been there. When we asked if there was a provision of getting food to the room she denied telling us that there was no room service. But we could literally see other rooms getting the same service which really felt bad. 3. One day we had dinner from the garden where we were served with semi hot chicken soup and dry roti which was not at all hot. The suppliers were seeking tips especially when we were giving feedback on the food served which was really unprofessional. 4. To take orders of food we had to wait for more than 15 minutes and after we called them multiple times. Despite all this i would like to highlight about one lady staff with short hair (boycut) who was really professional, energetic and polite. She really left a good impression as she knew how to deal with customers. She was really good to us in all terms. Owners to be noted.

It was my 3rd staycation in noxx, it was absolutely excellent as always, the service, the hospitality, the cleanliness, staff behaviour, amenities, rooms and specially the awesome food. I'll recommend no-xx to my family and friends too. Excited to visit again soon. Thanks team noxx.

The location is good, the food is also tasty, the facilities are very useless, the service is very bad, there is no hot water facility and even if we ask them, we don't get hot water.
