The infrastructure is very good. A lot like cultural heritage building. Food is also very good. Just 10 mins walk away from howrah railway station.

The review of the hotel wasn’t good but i found the hotel decent. The room service was well spoken and prompt. Didn’t get any difficulty checking in or checking out. Overall our stay was good.

The hotel is near howrah station towards howrah bus stand. The food was good and we got a complementary breakfast. The bathroom needs to be a bit clean.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The staff was extremely unprofessional, rude, and dominating, even resorting to aggressive behavior. The rooms were far below standard, with poor bathroom quality and cockroaches crawling around, making it a highly uncomfortable stay. To make matters worse, when i inquired about the checkout policy, they told me it was 24 hours. However, after i checked in at 12:20 am and left at 5 pm the same day, they demanded a full day's charge plus gst, insisting i should have left by 12 pm. They forcefully took the money, completely disregarding their own policy. This place is a nightmare, and i would not recommend it to anyone.

The howrah hotel very dirty the not provided customer towel and shop. The howrah hotel customer treat very bad experience do no chose any time this hotel. Very tit rule nada regulations.

There is full of garbage outside of hotel. Very very poor. Not recommended for stay. Near to station. No proper food available. No hot water facility available except 6 to 8 pm/am

room condition is very poor, t.v doesn't working, mini fridge is defeated, bathroom door handle is broken from outside 😔

Very bad overall experience. Starting from location, staff response, room quality and being professional - nothing is guest friendly. The reception staff need to learn how to interact within themselves, in front of a guest. When we checked in, they were quite lost about where is the room key. We had to get our room changed due to bathroom cleanliness, but the same result in the next room also. As per a display hot water is available only 4 hrs. In a day, split into 2 hrs. Morning/evening. But in actual that is not the case. After few follow ups we got the hot water in a metal bucket. Besides these several other non-acceptables were observed like door closer not working and stains on sofa covers etc. The room charges are much higher

Nice and clean accommodation in heritage building. Location is great, very near ( walkable) to howrah station. Staffs are good and cooperative helpful nature. Our two nights stay was very comfortable there.

Room is spacious, but house keeping is very bad, towels in bath room are wet, and dirty, bed covers are not changed and used ones, no dress hangers provided in the room, over all it is a worst experience
