The property has received negative reviews from guests. Many guests complained about the dirty and untidy rooms, with dirty linen and bathrooms. Some guests also reported roaches in the room and stinky toilets. The AC was not working in some rooms, and the staff was non-responsive and rude. Some guests were charged extra for AC, even though they had booked air-conditioned rooms. The breakfast facility was also not provided to some guests. However, a few guests appreciated the polite and accommodating owner and the helpful staff.
