At 5 star price, i got below 2 star facilities. Property is not maintained wobbling fan noise, ac not working, bath room tiles broken and shabby looks like not even single star. Outside building looks like a castle, but internally, it is not worth it at all. Breakfast just for name sake for vegetarian only idly and bread without toaster as it was under maintenance they said. Better you choose newly constructed hotel instead of amrutha castle

There was no 24hr hit water service, the washroom kept getting flooded, there was no bellboy to help with checkin or check out. There was cockroach running around in the room. They would do a room delivery for anything that has been ordered from outside. Poor food options and quality.

Outer look superb heritage vibe but once you enter inside, lack of hospitality and surprisingly you will get cockroaches and bedbugs company whole night while you be thinking scratching your heads why did i pay so much for this amrutha.

The hotel has major hygiene concerns. The beds are uncomfortable. Hotel does not have blankets - they have a thin curtain which they call blankets. The washrooms are terrible and there is a persistent smell in the entire room. The staff had no clue on the booking, and they called me at 11:30 pm to ask where i did my booking from!

I was staying in room no 514 from 5th and 6th december 2024. Room cleaning berbad- mosquitoes and crocroches no hot water, hand towel, basic tooth paste and brush not provided, breakfast average, staff not friendly

The hotel was very terrible, following are my observations. 1. Room was not good 2. Water leakages in bathroom and wc 3. No hot water 4. No drinking water 5. Very dirty towels 6. No proper maintenance 7. No proper response i recommend not to visit this hotel to anyone. They claim this as 3 star hotel, but in actual, it is even worst than a road side hotel. Don't go by name, it is the worst hotel in hyderabad and in my life.

Washroom is not tidy, tap is not working. Its a very old room and the service is too worst. Breakfast and lunch are especially unhygienic and the f&b manager is careless. Unworthy hotel charged high.

Very dirty room. Not cleaned after vacation by the previous customer. Bath rooms are very dirty. Room is also no hygienic and bad smell. Food provided is not able tasty and not fresh. Only ice cream and water is good. With this price, we have so many good hotels near by. I will not advise to anyone to this bad hotel

The stay at the hotel was average, inside the room there were a lot of cockroaches, the window of the room couldn't close properly, that is why noise from outside was too much, food was average.
