This is my second time staying at bloom hotel in hyderabad, and once again, the service has been excellent. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and impeccably clean. The housekeeping and room service were prompt and efficient, ensuring a comfortable stay. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and i would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting hyderabad.

Spring mattresses are broken. Had trouble sleeping each night. The property needs refurbishment. Found fly in sambhar, cockroach in bathroom

Ac makes noise. Mosquitoes in the room. Hallway carpet seems very dusty. Seems more of a refuge camp

Liked and enjoyed the stay!!! The overall property was very neat and clean... the room was too clean and almost a new one !! The thyme of interior of hotel is classic and very refreshing one !!! The staff was very polite and helpful !!! The parking was available that’s good at basement!! Although taking our car from parking is extra challenging as tyre slips !!! But I managed finally 😊

The staff is very rude and took an hour to check in me. There was no landline in the room which was there in other rooms.

The stay was good. Whenever i travel to hyderabad, we stay at blooms, hitec city. Staff are courteous as always. Clean room and good breakfast.

Ridiculous - data capture

Check in procedure was very lengthy. All details are anyways shared while booking stay. It took more than 15 minutes on counter. Asking for id proof is fine but why each individual staying has to give their email id and mobile number? we had to share individual email address and phone number and then they sent link to accept and connect our device to their wifi. This is a big hack plus data capture practice to take everyone’s contact details. Never faced this before.

Amenities are not at all up to the mark. Ironing board was broken, hairdryer had a burning smell, rooms had a damp odour and washroom locks were malfunctioning. Although - rooms were moderately clean - okay for a touch-and-go stay but need to work a lot on value-adds even if they are complimentary services.

Infra was horrible. The ceiling was leaking. The elevator was smelly. The rooms didn't even have a table to keep the suitcase. The food was limited in variety in buffet. The water bottles provided were unsealed, used. The rooms had pest control smells infused. The bed had bugs.
