Some facilities not good mainly bedsheets are smelling and both rooms are not hygiene otherwise it's a good place to stay

Very mediocre place. Third class matteress / bedsheet / pillow. Every thing was substandard. But unfortunately had to stay as no other choice available.

Property was ok, but most of the amenities are old or not working. Food quality was ok but too pricey, i think they are changing the highest in hyderabad. They don't give basic things like towels in the swimming pool, they charge for towels and that we have to return. Housekeeping is very bad, they don't listen. Overall it's ok but i don't recommend it for family with kids.

Not at all value for money. Room ambience, fittings were very old. Bathroom tab was broken. All the indoor games close at 6 pm.

The resort is well located, close to orr. Rooms are well maintained and room service is responsive and hospitable. Food is also good. Overall great place to stay

This is the only resort in the vicinity of ash tennis academy where our kids were playing a tournament. The sprawling property is green and spread out. It has a pool, cricket ground and indoor games facility as well. The dining area is all wood and tastefully done. Food was delicious and they have a bar as well. The staff is at the restaurant are courteous and helpful. Check in experience was excellent, we had extended our room thrice, which was facilitated promptly. For not so good part * the rooms need maintenance. We had stayed at the standard rooms and cottages. The locks wouldn't operate, hot water took forever in standard room. The bathroom tiles had stains. The bed linens had stains in standard room. Overall the standard room didn't seem worth the price we paid. Cottages are better maintained but has rather smallish rooms.

superb experience and breakfast was awsome nice stafff and ambience this resort is very comfortable and nice i recommend everyone to sttay here for any holiday trip this is fabolous stay for everyone The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble

It was a great experience. Very well maintained resort. Excellent hospitality and service. Beautiful place over all. Absolutely recommended for all who are looking for a peaceful break.

Place is good i have to say tat, when i say place the surooundings it's all trees plants and grass and the room we booked had a private mini lawn which is why we chose celebrity club but the food service, we ordered at 9pm at 9:40 pm i had to cal to check the status, he replies 5 mins room service person jus left the kitchen, i waited for 15 mins and called back then he gave me reasons at 10:30 we got the food which was almost got wet coz it was raining and i felt bad about the poor kid who came to deliver the accommodation is good but the service has to be definitely improved yet i still like celebrity club

ac is not cooling.Shower knobs are loose.tv has no cable.door lock is not good.tt board's net is loose or not proper.carroms board's are moving when playing.
