The stay was excellent. The staff were very helpful and attentive to our needs. Only drawback is no food is available for the guests within the building. Everytime we had to order. But the staff got everything for us. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends, no doubt about it. The premises is spotless and very clean. The cleanliness is on par with the best star hotels. We enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Location- 3/5 food- they don't have a restaurant, not even for coffee. But if you pay the reception guy, he gets you a coffee. Room service- pathetic. (0/5) honestly, i've never seen worse room service before. For 4 days of stay, they cleaned my room only once. They didn't even bother asking if i want my room cleaned. The cleaner guy asked me to go on terrace while he was cleaning my room, with all my stuff open to his access. Of course, i refused and stayed until he was gone. They didn't even mop my room.

Stayed for two nights. While the room was neat and clean, there were several shortcomings: limited luggage space, no ironing setup, and a non-functional hairdryer. Food options were completely unavailable despite being mentioned at booking—couldn’t even get a cup of coffee. The worst part was the drinking water policy. Beyond the single complimentary 1-liter bottle, you had to pay for water at rates much higher than outside, which led to surprise extra charges. Overall, not worth the hassle.

The room was really clean, just one thing i noticed was the tiles are slippery. And bathroom tiles too. The space was good enough. It has air conditioned rooms with no fans

Nice boutique hotel, smoke free rooms, clean and easily accessible with 2 metro stations in vicinity. Overall good option for travellers and even long stay.

The hotel cloud 5 studios is newly built with all amenities. But the team there does not know hoe to manage a hotel. The house keeping is sooo poor. Bed sheets were used and not new. I immediately reported this and they changed me to a new room. The second room also had the same situation. Hairs on the bed etc etc. If they manage this well, this property can be a hot cake.

The rooms were clean enough. Enough support from the folks there. Probably a tad bit costlier compared to the room that i got. It didn't seem like 200 sq-ft but i could be wrong. Else everything was fine and all appliances worked.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is well-located, making it easy to access nearby attractions and restaurants. Though the hotel is new and located at a very premium location, there is a lack of basic amenities like kitchen and personal comfort items like body lotion, powder, & slippers makes the hotel in average scoring category. Though, i would appreciate the behaviour of the staff. I have not saved the photos

We stayed in cloud 5 studios for 1 night. The location is just 10 mins walk ( 1. 5 kms ) to us visa application centre. The rooms are spacious and perfect. Neat and clean bathrooms with 24 hours hot water. The staff are co operative. Front office executive mr. Ravishankar is a humble person who helped us a lot during our stay, another fo who was in night duty was also extremely friendly and informative and guided us to reach out to the places nearby. It's a perfect place to stay in a reasonable tariff. We are extremely satisfied. Thank you cloud 5 studios team
