When we reached hotel, the staff at the counter told that the hotel is completely book with no avaibility even after we did prepaid booking. Also he added that hotel is full coz of corporate booking. And there were no cars or bike which shows that corporate guys are staying. Then they asked us to vista other property which is owned by them which was 2 km away from the hotel. Also the staff was too rude and ready to fight like we have came to stay for free. Kindly take some action.

No benefit of pure booking

I recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip, booking four rooms for our group. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. We arrived late at night, exhausted after a long day of travel, only to be told that our rooms were not ready. We had to wait for the cleaning to be completed, which was frustrating given the time. To make matters worse, despite booking rooms that included breakfast, we were charged again for the meal the next morning. This double billing was not only unexpected but also unprofessional. The rooms themselves were average in cleanliness—nothing special, but nothing particularly bad either. However, given the issues we encountered with room readiness and unexpected charges, I can't recommend this hotel, especially for business travelers who expect efficiency and reliability.

Poor condition of room and also the washroom. There was not even water flow in the tap.They denied to provide drinking water and also the complimentary breakfast even though it was mentioned to be included. Besides this we were offered pathetic service and unacceptable behaviour.

The location of the property is feasible due to its proximity from the airport. It is ideal for travelers for a short stay for brief work/meetings in the city the room was clean. However, the washroom was not up to the mark. I was told, no hot water/ac provided for the discounted price. The items in the bathroom were in bad condition.
