There is an issue with the shower as there is no hot water to take a bath and the interiors are not clean. There is lot of dust inside in the room on the table next to the bed too. Cleanliness and lack of hot water in the shower are the basic necessities in any hotel.

The staff response in the reception area is too worst. They dont even respond properly on intercom as well. Cockroaches were also there in the room. Ambience and stay was good but there are few issues which need to be resolved.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent experience at your hotel. As a returning guest, i initially chose your establishment based on positive past experiences. However, what transpired last night has severely impacted my opinion of your hotel. After a long day of work, i ordered dinner through room service at 10:00 pm. Despite placing the order promptly, i had to follow up multiple times over the next hour, each time being assured that my order was on its way. Frustratingly, my meal was not delivered until 11:15 pm, leaving me with no choice but to refuse it in frustration. This delay was not only inconvenient but also deeply disappointing after a long and exhausting day. The behavior of the staff lacked empathy and a sense of urgency. There seemed to be little concern for customer satisfaction, which is not only unprofessional but also inconsistent with the standards i’ve come to expect from your hotel. I sincerely hope that you will address this lapse in service and ensure such incidents do not recur for future guests. Regrettably, this experience has made me reconsider my choice of hotel, and i am unlikely to recommend it to others based on my recent visit.

I liked my stay at daspalla and here are the few good things to mention: 1. Courteous staff; facilitated early checkin 2. Clean and well maintained rooms 3. Very good breakfast buffet 4. No hidden charges etc. 5. Efficient room service 6. Comfortable for solo women travellers

Room are well maintained n hygiene. Food is very tasty & value for money location is very convenient for your shopping needs, commuting in metro trains connect is walkable distance.

Though the hotel was under renovation it was no trouble at all. The stay was comfortable. The staff very helpful. Rooms are a good size, clean and well appointed. Great location. Good vfm.

Room is spacious but bathroom is very small and bad. Bed is very bad, we had to return with back pain. Breakfast has very limited options. Overall not worth the money spent.
