Rooms are average. It lacks maintenance. Eg. For hot water you may experience problems. Bathrooms even though neat, due to lack of maintenance they have become too old. Taps don't look fancy. Towels have some weird smell and they don't have the habit of replenishment on a daily basis, it's only when you ask they do. Water bottles should be complementary (1 per day) but they were planning to charge, i am yet to clarify. Overall i have rated it good because they immediately changed the room as the previous one was horrible (5th floor)

1. Geyser didn't work 2. Tv didn't work 3. Electric kettle was useless 4. Dinner was included in booking amount, but dinner was not good 5. Breakfast was included in booking amount. Though the front desk promised to give some simple packed breakfast at 6:30am (before check out, but they couldn't give, additionally they have changed for morning tea. 5. Worst experience. Not at all matching with what is shown at the time of booking and what was experienced.

It was my business trip Had very comfortable stay The hotel is located at center of the IT hub, neat & clean premises, rooms was compact but equipped with all the required amenities which a business traveller needs breakfast was awesome 👌

My experience was not good. Beds, pillows and blankets were stinking. I told them to replace them with the washed ones, but still they were stinking. Breakfast was horrible, only up-ma and idly. Not worth.

This hotel service very poor a/c is not working, i raise complaint about this not resolved, it's getting automatically switch off each and every time, bathroom sink water tape no water and also not fixed, bath towel when check in only one towel, next day after cleaning again replace only one towel, they should provide basic thing correctly then can see other thing good r not

Overbooking and confusing the customers

I booked on mm t a stay on 2nd november 2023 in fab hotel pearl city in hitech city, hyderabad after paying full amount. When i reached the hotel reception, they informed me that they didn’t receive any booking details from mm t and also all rooms are sold out in that hotel. I contacted mm t customer care and informed the issue and they told that after 40 to 45 minutes they will call me back. I waited for more than one hour at the hotel but i didn’t get any call from mmt. Then i searched for alternative hotel and got accommodation myself after facing much hardships. Hotels and mm t should take adequate precautions to avoid this sort of troubles to customers due to overbooking.

Original property booked wasn't available, i was made to move to another property. It was much far from the exhibition centre where i had to visit daily. Breakfast was not that good. Kindly, avail the property which is available at the moment so that no one has to move from one to another.

Pros- 1. Economical hotel in hitech city 2. Staff is courteous 3. Ac, geysers, clean bedsheets, functional tv, etc. Cons- 1. Cockroaches present at the dining table, rooms, and everywhere. Upon complaining to the staff, they were like. " um-mm i don't know"
