The hotel management has demanded extra money of rs 3, 200. I had to pay since i got checked in during late hours around 11. 45 pm. I contacted your executive and they have asked me to provide the invoice for additional amount for partial refund. However the hotel management refused to provide me the same. Overall a terrible experience. That is my experience
