The hotel is good, location is good, rooms are old but maintenance is good, service is poor. We had extra person, we paid the necessary charges, but to request the amenities for the extra person like bathroom accesories, towel, or even extra bed and pillow made us beg them 4-5 times

Location - slightly confusing if you come by taxi as at entrance; abode hotel board is missing and venkateshwara hotel visible, if you miss, you have to go round for more than 1km food, rooms, service all excellent

Some ups and downs

The hotel is located in an accessible location, i liked that u have a normal restaurant where we can eat traditional food. And there is also room services and cleaning services. About food, i would suggest you change the breakfast menu slightly, cause it's kinda boring eating the same things every morning, and also i would appreciate it if the variety of food options in ala carte could be increased. One more important thing is the oil, i noticed you either reuse oil, or use way too much oil. So i would suggest you look into that too. The pool is clean, i swam for around 2-3 hours, then id k some water fell from above (i really don't know whether that's drainage water or not, nothing happened, and i hope it's not drainage water. And there is no temple view as was promised. Then room service, i loved the fats room service, order and quick service, nice job. But once, when i was not in the room, i think some people came to clean the room, but i did not ask for room cleaning, so please look into that, cause we are trusting our belongings there and keeping the key with us for a reason. Overall, i am happy, even though there were a lot of downs, i did njoi the services you provided well.

I stayed in a suit room and furnishings and cleanness of the room is very good. However while check in i faced problem. I have reacher hotel early with family and requester for early check in with additional charges. However i got irrepectable reply from reception manager at that time (reception boy is good. After that, i went to some other hotel to stay some time and called more than 10 times to reception number but 2 times only they picked and replied. Even though room is vacant, they have not allowed me to check in till 12:30 am. Finally hotel and it's room are very good, but need to change reception manager.

There were cockroaches in the room. Otherwise it was ok, the staff was helpful. The hotel is just in front of the metro station, connectivity wise it's good.

The hotel is comfortable to stay, rooms are large classy and clean, well maintained, reception is prompt, restaurant is good. Food is costly. Located is also convenient and good. Only the hotel entrance approach road is a little odd and narrow. Overall i give 3. 8 out of 5

The hotel is at the center of the city. The maitainenance is not good. Toilet sinks are not clean. Beds need replacement. The buffet breakfast is like a shelter where flood heat people go for taking food packets. There also the cleaning needs improvement.

Breakfast is not good any south indian food is served buffet. Almost all days are the same. Very disappointed. Next time when i book a hotel i must check. In bed no side lamps available can't read books on bed these are basic things the hotel must provide for their guests.
