We stayed at deccan serai with family! nicely appointed rooms and staff were attentive! location is good! right next to westin! very nice breakfast buffet!

We stayed for 2 nights in the executive room. It was a very comfortable stay and value for money. The buffet breakfast has a very nice spread.

Very very bad service. We couldn't sleep the whole night because of the noise they created in the roof of our room. Dinner buffet was served with the food left on lunch.

Ambience was very good in deccan serai. Rooms were so clean and hygienic. Manager and reception staff were very co-operative. I am fully satisfied and will recommend the stay for the visitors.

This is was a work stay. Property is very old, poorly maintained. Towels etc are not crisp and clean food is ok wifi is slow value for money is absent

Excellent staff and service, but the property is not value for money. The washrooms are not squeaky clean, the wardrobes basic, non-functional 'safe'. Food in the restaurant was amazing, but so were the flies! When asked, I was told that 'it's difficult to control flies', so much for hygiene 😢

Stayed for 2 days on a twin sharing room, room was neat, but the sliding design of washroom door was disturbing the sleep. Drains were clogged had to get it rectified after calling twice.

Parking issues, waiting lounge for guests of guest not available. Good food they made jain food available. Shaving kit was made available on demand & toiletries were sub standard. Not value for money
