Whats committed on the portal vs the reality is shocking. I cannot trust your portal. Even bathrooms worst, extra bed charged and asked to sleep on the floor with minimum blankets

Torn towel, tv not working dirty bedcovers and pillow cases, staff horrible very rud. I booked junior suites but i m very much sure that they allow-ted me another category room, very very dirty.

Rooms price are not deserve for the room, bathroom drain is not proper and water staged in the floor. It’s ok to stay for night stay or short stay

Checkin experience was not good. I have to wait for 25 minutes to get my room on 7th august approximately 10 pm. Apart from checkin everything was good, breakfast was good but i think daily menu is same bcoz i get the same food for 3 days. Room experience was nice everything was perfect including ac, tb, bed.

Inappropriate cleaning in the room. Blanket and pillow covers having some bad smelling and black, brown spots were observed on blanket feels like not washed properly

Location ok, proxy to airport. Food not good, break fast promised in price but didn't offer, latest after 08. 00 only. Quality of room is bad.

This hotel is new but there are hardly any services available in this hotel, firstly wifi doesn't work properly, few of the rooms are not even cleaned regularly. The staff doesn't even hesitate before behaving rudely with the customers. Overall the stay was not at all satisfactory. Request everyone to avoid this hotel. P. S - they provide towels on request and are not available when you enter the room.

This place is close to hyderabad express way. The hotel was clean. The bed is not king size. So maybe some of the traveller's might have to ask for extra bed.

It's very near to airport new property. The hotel was wonderful. It was even better than expected. The price was amazing. There were great restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.

I would not recommend hotel eagle grand. They canceled my booking just few hours before check in - thoroughly unprofessional. It was inhumane too as i was traveling with family and all my requests to find alternative options fell in deaf ears. I am thankful to mm t that they moved my booking to hotel signature.
