The hotel was very good cleaness -ok service -ok amenities -ok free breakfast -limitations some menu- idly, plain dosa, puri bhaji location - near by chikkadpalli rtx road near by metro and railway stn within 5km

I booked 1 double bed room. Here two separate single beds were given. That is problematic for family with kid. Normal double bed can be used by 3 people. This is not possible here. Otherwise ok.

Bed was not comfortable. It had bed bugs. Bathroom water supply was not good. Hot water was not available.

Location was good near to metro and all locations are nearby check-in is easy and polite staff only water to drink are to be paid

Room was not cleanned. Blood stains on bed linen. Service is pathetic. Reception staff was rude. They will not provide single water bottle. You have to purchase the water bottle from them at 50- for one litre bottle that is available outside at just 20. Don't recommend to stay here. Stayed here 3 nights make a very big hedache. Worst service experience.

Worst stay, bad smell room, no neatness and breakfast at another hotel with limited menu like if you need masala dosa then you have to pay more and just one plate tifins if you need any extra item then you have to pay more, costs 30rs per plate if you go individual, if you go with mmt then it will cost you more than 150rs for two people

The location is on the busy road it was very noisy, bath room was dirty i had to ask them to clean. Staffs are really friendly and helpful but the quality of the hotel is not good

The stay was very good. The room was very good, clean & comfortable. But there was water issue in the morning. The situation was very problematic due to water scarcity.

Hotel lobby rooms were not tidy. All messy. I was there with my old parents and 4 year old baby it was terrible. Food was yuck. No cleanliness in the restaurant it was a horrible foood. And there were no water for 1 day till 9pm

The hotel location is good but the problem is in amenities. No hot water, the water bottle is chargeable, the sleeping bed is not comfortable, we booked breakfast but the breakfast was not unlimited.

Initially we were allotted a room which had cockroaches, bad moldy smell and damaged chairs and could'nt sleep that night because of bed bugs. The room was not at all as was shown in the images. Then we called up and said to give another room which was slightly better than this. But the bathroom had a bad smell inside. The only advantage is property location it's location is in main road. But the stay was terrible and not worth the money that we paid for. The extra bed they had was very poor.
