hi, i recently stayed at hotel kinara grand, habsiguda, and i am very disappointed with the behavior of your front desk staff. we requested breakfast at 7:00 am instead of 8:00 am due to an early flight—a reasonable and common request for travelers. however, the staff member we spoke to was extremely rude and dismissive, which is unacceptable for a hospitality business. this kind of behavior completely ruins the guest experience and reflects poorly on your hotel’s service standards. i hope the management takes immediate steps to train your staff on basic customer service etiquette

Property of kinara grand lies on habsiguda main road. Due to this noice is disturbing us in the room. Hot water supply is not good. Breakfast is good. We checked at 8. 30am on 21-08-2024. But the room to be occupied after 12. 00 hrs. Due to this hotel demanded rs1000- which is too high for early checkin. We checked out at 8. 00am on 22-08-2024 because we had attend family function. It is ok in facilities point of view.

Good stay in hotel ambience good and restaurant was good but prices are high hotel was located in main road and it was very convenient to move to other places

Pleasant stay. Property is well maintained. Rooms are not big. Good enough for 2 people. Suites are good for 3 people. Restaurant serves very good north indian food.

I have book a early checking but hotel denied and charged me 1000 rupees extra. Hotel said they didn’t got confirmation from mmt. Pols solve this issue

The hotel service isn't the best. I was only here for two nights. I was given a torn towel and a faculty electric kettle. The room had a mold stain on th ceiling and on my first night, drinking water was sent to my room more than half an hour after i asked for it. My room didn't have any windows and most importantly, one of the two elevators was permanently non-functional. The make my trip tariff rates, the hotel location (right next to the metro station, and the complimentary breakfast are the only things that earns this venue my three stars.
