Worst experience. Hotel charge was 4k per day, and service was of 1star hotel. Bathroom accesories, basic flush was broken. Water bottle not available even after reminding. No service provided while checking out with bags.

Rooms are average, pillow covers and bed sheets were dirty. Verbally the reception person says 24 hrs check in and check out, however when i asked about written policy he can’t produce any paper. Based on this he wants me to checkout in morning 6. 00 o’clock. Not even ready to wait for 1 hr, that’s ridicules.

Rooms were clean and spacious as described. Wifi was working. Decent breakfast. Good ambience at chanda nagar location.

Internet was not working properly, beds and pillows are damaged. Room service and food items are quite expensive. Need more hygiene in services.

Hotel food was good. Bed very small it's only for 2 person sutaible and its single bed 2nos. I requested for additional bed for single person but they will not provide free of cost. It's changed per person 1200 rs. Room was big but bed not sutaible for 4 person. I am not taking images during stay.

The team didn't let us leave the hotel for 20 mins and said they didn't receive the payment even though i have paid it almost 12 days before to makemytrip. After lot of battle, they agreed to discuss the issue with makemytrip

Room too small for triple occupancy

Booked a triple occupancy room in the hotel but no extra bed was provided. Bed was queen size only. Hospitality & dining ambiance was very good. Overall experience was okay !

Red water in taps cigarette smell in room dirty room and bathrooms door lock doesn't work cattle non stop sound never to return.

It’s more like a lodge, tv didn’t work in my room throughout my stay. Complimentary breakfast provided is not good ( very limited)
