Oven you book ac room, they will provide non ac rooms. You have to pay extra for ac rooms

when u open OYO siri inn hotel at first show's ac room , after booking when u reach in the hotel, hotel says we can't give u ac room and wants extra charges for ac room , when we complain this incident coustomer executive,the coustomer executive tell we can't do any thing just because oye team not respond. On 9th September we reached hotel on 1am that's why we accept the non ac room. Now when our plan became a bit extreme, we again booked the same hotel just because we did not have enough time to pack everything and go to another hotel. When we booked again, we were told at the reception that we had a another booking but the receptionist told that we have to pay more amount . And told the amount u pay we will not accept this amount for normal room for normal room u have to pay extra charges so I had to cancel my booking and pay the extra amount and then made a direct booking to the hotel.I request u please avoid this hotel, the hotel room is very bad and there is no dustbin in the hotel. To much bad experience.
