Hotel surroundings are not good, no room assistance properly, maintaine less cleanliness, the bathroom fittings are not working properly totally it was an unpleasant stay

The stay and facilities are good. The only issue is the noise inside the room and hot water for bath. Overall it's very good and clean

I booked 3 classic rooms for 7 people and stayed from 17th June - 18th June. There were issues with the AC in the room that was allotted to me and after complaining for an hour, our room was changed and we were allotted a Deluxe room. Apart from which the stay was fine. Positives of the hotel are 400 metres from Secunderabad railway station and you can get an auto for Rs 60-70 to reach the station. Would recommend for a day or two provided you need good accommodation nearby station on a reasonable budget.

Just average hotel. If you are going then go with no expectations

Hotel has very small and congested entry. Could not find direct entry from ground floor. Room and washroom was below expectation.

This hotel is good location near to railway station, near n tr garden and lumbini park. Room is not much comfortable for family and moreover not clean there is no food facilities or dining room however one can order food online and get this delivered overall experience is below averages and not recommending for family and couples

We were a family of five and had reserved two rooms. What impressed us most was the personalised service from the staff. They were very understanding and flexible. They were prompt in response. Overall, a very good experience. The location was easily accessible.

Without staying i paid the rent to hotel. Unfortunately i mistakenly booked this hotel at 11. 15 pm on 29th april to 30th april instead of 30th to 1st may but after five minutes when i came to know that i wrongly booked immediately i informed to look into the same and they inform it to the hotel through mail and phone but no response from property owner even i called over telephone to property owner to do change the date but he refused but simply he checked out at morning. Very rubbish hotel management.

The location is very near to secunderabad railway station and the rooms were good and the internet speed is fine and if they have a restaurant then it will be a good deal
