Very nice stay at the hotel. They have booked a cab to the airport at midnight 2 am for me. I worked from the hotel that day. No issues with wifi. Enough wifi speed for office work.

Location wise the property was well situated just on the outskirts along with the highway. But the room was really disappointing, i mean at this price i didn't find it value for money. The room was full of pests, bugs, and spiders. The staff didn't even bother to clean the room even after my arrival they just handed me over just the way it was. I was literally hesitating for sleeping on that bed. The washroom smelled so bad. There was no hand wash. The handwash dispenser was empty as i said they didn't even bother. Other basic toiletries were also missing. I mean you kind of expect at least this much when you pay this much for a room so yeah i was highly disappointed. I'm not gonna go there again.

Hotel looking good but very poor service, hygiene, maintaines they don't have basics needs in room and highly free mosquitoes. Not good to stay

The room allotted to us initially had no lock on the toilet door and the toilet was stinking (the room freshener did not help. There were no towels, no water bottles, no kettle and the ac remote was also missing. In short the room was not ready. But the staff at the reception was very cooperative and shifted us to a different room immediately. Unfortunately they did not keep their promise of keeping fruits ready for us when we left in the morning before breakfast began. The only silver lining is the location which is very convenient if you are scheduled to take an early morning flight.

Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money.

No a/c in the room, stinking bathroom, is not cleaned though insisted. Bad illumination in the room. No attached cafeteria, the boys are getting even tea from outside as per their convenience. I am sorry to state it is a horrible stay in the hotel. It is not advisable to keep in your panel of hotel nearby shamshabad airport.

No facilities certainly not luxury rooms. Banquet hall a bomb site staff sleeping on couches with duvets. Nothing like as described. We chose to go to airport early rather than stay in this accommodation

The hotel photos look great, but the reality is a bummer. The room feels cheap, i spotted bugs all over the place, and there are barely any amenities to speak of.

First of all their restaurant is closed, rooms doors are not in proper condition, taps are broken n toilets are not clean. Same breakfast eveyday ie idle n chutney that too was very salty.

One of the worst hotel in shamshabad. People are treated very badly. In my case, i have waited for one and half hours in the reception and got a room which i have not booked. After so many questions the hotel incharge or owner informed we will get the actual booked room after 12. 00 pm as per check in time. The hotel representative didn't give a proper response and asked me to contact makemytrip customer support for any help. I recommend the makemytrip team to remove your mm t assurance for this hotel.

I couldn't cancel booking. Lost all money. Hotel staff did not pickup call. Rude telling me non refundable denying to refund for even next day booking. Makemytrip is not informing well on cancellation window. It said i can cancel until check in. Instead it should explicitly mention cancellation time. My plans changed due to emergency. I mo the hotel should be rated low.
