There were many cockroaches in the room, there is no hot water in the room, if you complain to the manager, you don't take any notice. It is not suitable for a family.

कमरे में कीट थे। बाथरूम साफ नहीं थे। स्टाफ कॉपरेटिव नहीं था। सर्विस सही नही थी। पीने का पानी रूम में नहीं था। मांगने पर भी नहीं दिया। हम खुद लेकर आए।

Worst maintenance. It smells very bad. Bathroom was not at all cleaned. We did not even sit for a while. We immediately vacated room even without demanding for a refund of money. No water bottle in the room. It is a terrible place to stay

However, management should: 1. Prioritize renovation to maintain the hotel's ambiance. 2. Introduce a budget-friendly restaurant to cater to guests and locals. *recommendation* this hotel is suitable for various types of stays. The hotel seems to be out of service also there were hardly any guests. The room fan was making terrible sound so couldnt turn it on. Also at night there was power outtage and they had no power backup. I had breakfast included in my booking so they told us that their resturant isnt functional and they will pay 100rs to have breakfast at the opposite hotel. Maintenance of hotel room and bed furniture is very poor. Ac and tv are not working properly. Intercom is not working in the room. Customer service is very poor, even drinking water is not being supplied in the room.

Location of property is good. Last year also i visited the property which was under maintenance. Works are pending, and they provide rooms that are in very poor conditions. May be they provide such rooms to the persons making reservations.

Got a very bad experience from this place the maintenance was too poor we had asked for replacement of rooms and 3 rooms also had many issues with bathrooms, beds, bedsheets, ac windows and cleanliness of the room bed was 20 years old. Overall nothing was good and satisfiable.

Breakfast was completely included in booking. But not given by staff, toilet seat was broken, if u go early even if you mention it in booking they charge 500 for early cheking.
