The rooms weren’t very clean, and the bedsheets had a strange smell. The person who checked me in seemed really grumpy and was sleeping on the sofa at 1 am. Also, when we called to book a room, they said there weren’t any available, . I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent, service is too good, food is also good, complementary break fast is too good, laundry service also good, room service also good, amenity is good. Overall everything is good, equal to five star hotel.

Management not taking any resposibility for complaints or feedback about the staff and their behaviour about the complaints. For complimentary breakfast they had delayed more than 2 hrs than the sheduled time, this seems to be how they are treating the customers. Finally we are taken breakfast at out side of the staying.

I feel every thing is upto mark. Amenities, breakfast and night dinner we have enjoyed. Located on the main road and very accessible to our station.

Not a full flesged hotel - more an event venue with supplementary rooms. Expect the constant din of guests and staff running around in the corridors. Almost all floors and corridors are sticky and smell of food and cleaning products. Breakfast was very stale and cold.

The washrooms were not clean and hygienic at-least the room service is not good. The prices are too high for the standards that they are maintaining.

Had a pleasant stay, spacious room, cleanliness cooperative staff, and value for money. Complimentary breakfast was good. But menu was almost same next day

We had breakfast on both days we stayed there. Variety and quality was decent and i liked it for the price point. The restaurant downstairs was also good. We had dinner both nights we stayed.
We stayed for two nights during a work trip. Room was spacious, bathroom was good. The only thing i didn’t like was the fact that there were tiny cockroaches roaming around in the room. One even ended up in my wallet and fell out when i was checking out from the hotel. Also, there weren’t regular outlets next to the bed to plug devices such as laptops or phone chargers. There was one usb outlet only and it didn’t work on my side of the bed.

It was nearer to our workplace. Stay was good and hotel has taken care for all safety measures. Breakfast and dinner served by hotel was also good. Overall good experience.
