So many mosquitoes, due to this hardly slept, no cleanliness, lifts are not in operation some times, simply i won't come back again.

1. Cupboards, bathroom are not good smell. 2. Bathroom door is not proper looking 3. Cammode hand water gun is not properly fixed. 4. Complementary breakfast coffee is very bad. Charged heavily for little early check-in and same time not con-cider for early checkout

It was a poor experience. No room cleaning policy you have to chase them all the time. No toiletries, cockroaches are in every room. Have shown the photos at reception he dosen’t even care.

There is no tv, made me wait almost 45 mins at the reception. The guy was not able to understand a thing. There is no proper guidance for the floors in the lift service

It was pathetic to stay there. The hygiene was zero. I had cockroaches in my room. I had to make tons of calls for house keeping. They don’t even clean the toilets

It's a known property to me. Very advantageous locality, multiple choice of in and out cuisine, banks, medical, transportation all very handy, restaurant is super, in the past, many times i visited the property for food. Service is little slow for both hotel and rooms but good, clean, everything available property. Little money minded but fine. Rooms are clean, spacious but little unhygienic as pest control needs to be improved. I like and love the male receptionist as they are helpful and friendly then service staffs. Over all try once. The management has more than 20 hotels and restaurants since more than 2 decades, i had tried their other properties as well and they are popular for hospitality.

Problems through booking hotel

Major mistake is i have booked. I have booked room for 3 after paying I requested my family member to check in at 2. 0pm so that he can come and pick up 2 of us (ladies)midnight from railway station, hotel front office didn't oblige and forced him to take another room on the spot as he couldn't be on road till midnight, (this booking had all complimentary offers which are not provided for booking) and also for not being there personally to submit hard copy of my id card though i have sent all soft copies of the same. After reaching hotel around 1. 0am lift was not operated for 15mins so we have fallen bait for mosquitoes, no hospitality from the staff, bedsheets, pillows were stained badly, kettle and geyser were not functioning. No complimentary food was arranged the experience was terrible that night. Morning only when mr ntervened after listening to my pathetic condition he arranged a new room and complimentary breakfast for us and expressed apologies. So now i have decided to never book

One of the worst hotel in the kbhp. Cleaning maintenance of rooms beds and staff are not well. They took extra charges for early check-in.

Room is not clean. Old buliding, toilet is not clean. Cockroach in bedroom. Receptionist attitude is bad. Wrong approach by restaurant people's. Overall not feel comfortable in staying in this hotel. Will not suggest for my friends and family.

Value for money hotel for business travel. Good location connected well to parts of the city as well as Airport, Railway station etc. Hotel is pretty neat and clean. Very Sober staff and silent atmosphere to give you well needed rest .

We arrived in late evening for check in. We were exhausted from travel. The reception staff was not supportive and took very long to provide room. The room provided was not clean and toiletries not provided for 2 persons

Gud staff, maintainance is super, food taste is also safety and hygiene, staff was really nice and always greeted when you left or came back to the hotel. Room was clean and large enough with private bathroom, cabinet, bed and tv. The hotel is located centrally in sf, we mainly used with public transportation during our visit.
