It was not as per the expectation. Washroom had water leakage, room was clean but not upto the level of make my trip, language was issue in hotel, approach was not at all professional arrogance was seen in attitude

The rooms were average, not exactly up to the mark. There was an issue with hot water for bathing on the first day but then for the rest of the two days things were better. The restaurant is excellent, very nice food and the service of the restaurant waiters is excellent. Overall good to stay next time, but should look forward to improving the room conditions.

Room size was good, amenities were also ok. Some issues with the wc, later i could resolve the flushing. There were mosquitoes in the room and the repellent was not provided inspite of my request dinner was ok. Breakfast spread was limited. I didn't like the taste, it was over spicy and not tasty.

Worst experience ever in grand sitara hotel chain. Never gonna stay and recommend sitara lb nagar. Hotel staff said that outside food is allowed but after food arrives hotel staff deny to give plates and spoons for outside food and we asked to give blanket which they took while room cleaning, even after asking 6 times they didn't send a single blanket, reception staff were horrible and housekeeping were too bad but the best part was room service staff was good. Rooms were horrible and filled with bad smell. Room doors got stuck-ed multiple times and have to call housekeeping staff also couldn't open the doors. All prices are high especially food price were too high. Never ever gonna stay in sitara grand lb nagar.

Worst hotel with huge price. Rooms not clean ac water leaking no hot water. Their staff always switch off the geaser from outside

The hotel is at main road, but there is no place to stop your vehicle. Very difficult to step out from the vehicle. Breakfast is good. Reception area is very neat and clean. Room cleanliness is not up to the mark. There were so many scratches on chairs and other furniture. Tea kit and tissue paper was not there. After asking so many times, basic items were provided. Service is just ok.

Sitara grand is located centrally. Food is good. Amenities good. Room service can improve- milk powder, tea & coffee pkts placed only after requesting each morning. Overall experience good.
