The food was amazing, with a lot of delicious options to choose from. The staff was very polite and always ready to help, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. They went out of their way to pamper the kids with special attention, fun activities, and treats. It was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience for the whole family. Would definitely recommend this place!

5 star hotel like sitara doesn't have wheelchair accessibility everywhere. Dinner was arranged at the pool side and there was no wheelchair accessibility. Done.

Ambience is good but not food quality and management of guests. Buffett was pretty ordinary by any standards. In addition, room tv had weak signals. Overall service was fine but too costly for a night considering the options

Location at ramoji film city. Food, beverage are too exorbitant. The hotel management claims themselves 5 star, but it's purely 3 star. No warm welcome, no welcome drinks. All staffs are busy in selling the package for ramoji that it. If some one need to visit ramoji city, than the hotel is good, or else stay near hyderabad city. Room was good, bed mattresses are worse.

Stay was good but not to the level of a luxury hotel. Room rent was on a higher side but facilities wise not upto the mark. No ironbox was there in the room. The mattress was also not good causing neck pain.

Very pleasurable and comfortable stay. The staff is very cooperative. Food and other facilities are good too. The most important thing is its location. It's in the film city. So, you can enjoy it a lot. Ee stay in the premium room. Rooms are bit small compared to other hotels but that's ok. Overall it's a wonderful stay.

loved our stay at hotel sitara as the ambience is top class. loved the food both ala-carte and buffet breakfast. while we had a small issue with cake delivery, it was a small blip in the largely satisfying and enjoyable stay along with the studio tour at ramoji. strongly recommended 👌
