Bad experience. T. V not working. No proper response when complained about it many times. Cockroaches in room. Bad smell. Carpet untidy.

The smoke detector installed on ceiling was fall on my head once i had started the fan in morning at 5. 00 a. M. Luckily went unhurt and there is no damage in the room the reception staff is not polite and arrogant they don't know how to talk hotel guest.

Let me preface by saying, i'm a frequent traveller, i have booked and stayed at multiple hotels in my life. I booked a triple room with a king-size bed at hotel sm deccan 3 days before my trip to hyderabad at a not so cheap price for me and my parents. When we reached the location, we were re-directed to another hotel named hotel eagle grand stating that the rooms at sm deccan were full. The room provided to us in eagle grand was not at all able to take 3 fully grown adults, when we asked for another bed or some sleeping amenity, they told us "we will add a mattress on the floor for 500rs. No water is provided, your order will not get to you on time. Terrible hospitality, i guess what they say about hyderabad hotels is true, they're bad!

It was a great experience for us at this hotel. The rooms are very big and it is near the airport. The breakfast was also very good.

I regularly stay in SM DECCAN HOTEL while taking flight. This is the best hotel in the area. It is very comfortable.

I booked the stay for just one night, room was just decent, washroom was not maintained. Lift was not working, lots of debris was lying in hallway giving out negative vibes.

The washroom commode was not working properly. Even after calling the reception, there was no responding we had to leave for the airport. I called in the morning to take the luggage but they neither picked up the phone nor was there any response?

Room was dirty, washroom was not upto mark, broken tiles and washbasin, constant co structure work on the floor which caused a lot of discomfort. Me turned early check in available but hotel charged my colleague for it.

Strongly advise against booking this hotel, especially if you're from the us. The rooms are outdated with unpleasant odors, stained carpets, malfunctioning ac, and poor restroom conditions. Even the renovated rooms are disappointing. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this supposed 5-star disaster. Gym facilities are also subpar. Beware!

Hotel is under construction and lot of dust and washroom is not maintained properly. Toilet and taps were broken and not of durt. Even the team not able to share a proper gst bill finally hand writing one gave
