Service is bad, room is not worth it, all the material like towels or soaps are given only on request only. Fridge not working. Toilet is not proper. Room exhaust not working.

We kept our guest but they didn’t like the hotel and checked out. They didn’t stay not even a single day. Would be great if you can arrange for refunds

Nothing good, room stinks, bed is like spring machine. Staff are like goons and can pick up fight any time.

Expensive in respect to the amenities provided. No fire escape in case of any eventuality. Very congested entrance, exit and staircases. Not worthy to be called hotel.

I found this hotel in mmt. A very pleasant and cleanliness hotel. Breakfast is very good with 19 varieties. But the cost is a bit high.

I found this hotel in mmt. Rooms are clean, no disturbance, washrooms are spacious, bed is very soft and comfortable. And in morning hotel provides complimentary breakfast which is unlimited. But mm t charges are too high. As per cost it's high.

Overall the ambience and design does not appeal as 2 floors and the front facade has been let out to reliance. The entry is through a basement car park. Geyser was not working and the buffet breakfast is average. Not sure if it is value for money

I paid rs. per room for 1 night (booked more than a month in advance. The room size is small. The room quality is very very basic. Though bathrooms are clean, the overall room quality doesn’t meet the standards of the room category. The rooms are named executive rooms but there is nothing executive or above even above average about the rooms. I would have liked to pay only rs. per room and not rs.

The early check-in was done seamlessly. The start was very good. If you look for a room service and if have urgency, look for other options, else leads to disappointment. Particularly if any who is used tea/coffee in the morning, not your place. Check out was great. They allow 1 hour grace time
