The staff is warm and welcoming, providing excellent hospitality. The food options are great with a lavish breakfast spread and a beautiful poolside restaurant. However, some guests found the rooms to be small and the pricing to be on the higher side. The spa services were also difficult to avail due to unavailability of appointments.
