Amazing property in heart of the new city of hyderabad. One of the best spa in the city. The staff was warm and welcoming and made for a great hospitality. The mrs. Mag restaurant by the pool sets up a beautiful ambience for great dinner. The breakfast spread at the collage restaurant was top notch. Rooms were decent size. The ott apps on the tv in room were locked and not accessible for some strange security reason. All in all a wonderful stay.

Rooms are small. The food was sub par. There were worms om dry fruits. They removed the entire dry fruit section after we showed 3 worms in one apricot. The buffet was not worth it. Had a terrible experience overall. Staff are friendly but doesn't matter.

The property is beautiful, the overall ambience and maintenance is amazing. Rooms are a bit small but the staff and facilities are amazing. Breakfast in balcony rooms feels very nice.

Poor service experience we were allotted a room where gardeners were working just outside our room all day and we couldn’t even open our drapes. When informed to the staff they literally said no room change would be possible

The room was stinking and the bathrooms toilet had some issue, no matter of complaining repeatedly nothing was taken care off. Room has dead cockroaches lying on the floor. The worst experience ever. They cleaned them after i called and asked the housekeeping staff to clean the dead cockroachs

Location was good. Even though it was in middle of the financial district it was at a location surrounded by greenery and trees that was very nice to see.

We’ve booked room with balcony and the chairs in the balcony had a lot of dirt and are not clean. After paying a lot of money we expect the room and balcony to be clean. And there is no complimentary breakfast even. Really a very bad experience.
