The visit started with a smelly reception. While the receptionist was checking me in he didn’t answer the phone and when he did pick up the phone he just said ‘hello’ and kept the phone aside while someone was still there talking. The found the room smelly and dirty. The bedsheet and pillow covers has dirty stains on them. In the bathroom the water pressure was so low that it took around 30 minutes for the bucket to get completely filled. Terrible experience!

I didn't get perfect room. hotel provided twin room😄 and there has no king room available. After some time to people suggested one king room which has water leakage from issue then also due to late night we agreed to stay that room but again room didn't have supplies towels water bottles, when we asked morning water bottles they changed we needed which we paid also. Really it was bad experience for us and not at all except.

It's newly renovated and during my stay all issues pertaining to ac, geyser and wifi connectivity were being rectified. Hotel staff hospitality was very good and commendable. More worth the money being paid!

Location, food, service etc.

Location is very good but they should put a board or hotel nameplate in the entrance so that it is easier to find the hotel. They don't provide food need to begin from outside or use online food services.
I was here for 3 days and the staff was very helpful regarding room-like room cleaning, washroom cleaning was very good. Things i didn't like that they don't provide food over here, i need to call every time for the room service for cleaning the room.

It was a good stay on the Hyderabad trip. The location was very peaceful and calm. The room was also so cozy and spacious. The owner and the staff were also so very humble and cooperative. The property was suitable for everyone. Must recommend the property to others.

The property was centrally located and nearby to all the attractions. The rooms were comfortable with all the basic facilities. The staffs were friendly. The cleanliness should have improved that was the only drawback.

Everything was very nice over there. The hospitality and services were awesome. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Room was cozy and clean. Food was good in quality and taste. Property was completely Worth for money and recommendable.

Room do not have a working tv, geyser or even a/c. They didn't even provide a sealed water bottle, they have filled with loose water.

The service of this property was very poor. Caretaker's behavior was nor impressive, he should be more professional. Rooms, facilities and cleanliness were not as per our expectations. It was difficult to find the location. Food was also not good. It is not a suitable property for the recommendation.
