The room was decent but the washroom was below average and not properly maintained. There was no hot water at all and there was almost zero pressure in the shower.

The entire experience, from start to finish, was nothing short of appalling. The check-in process was chaotic, with no staff available to assist or guide. The reception team was grossly inadequate and lacked even basic knowledge or professionalism. The room was barely average, devoid of basic amenities such as drinking water, glasses, a kettle, coffee/tea facilities, towels, or even essentials like a toothbrush. These were only provided after numerous repeated reminders. To make matters worse, the bathroom was in a deplorable state, with a broken toilet seat, cracked tiles, and an overall sense of neglect. When we requested additional coffee sachets, the staff rudely refused to provide more than two, showing complete disregard for hospitality. The restaurant experience was equally disastrous, with most items from the menu unavailable—including staples like roti and naan. We were forced to settle for whatever limited options were left. While the taste of the food was a slight saving grace, it hardly compensated for the overall misery. The breakfast, too, was shockingly subpar, further cementing the fact that this hotel operates far below acceptable standards. This dreadful experience has left me vowing never to step foot in this establishment again.

They have promised a lot of things makemytrip profile. After booking all the amenities mentioned on booking voucher were not provided. After requesting they refunded to provide amenities like kettle, tea packets, toilet paper etc. Even makemytrip support team contacted the hotel and they still refused to provide amenities. Front desk staff did a lot of errors in checkin, check out and billing. The restaurant staff was good.

The breakfast included in the package was good. Well for the most part the hotel and the restaurant was nice. We booked an executive suite and they took us to a detached building next to the main building for the room. It was very different from the ones shown in the picture ad the rooms in the main building. The intercom was broken amd there was no kettle in the room as well. The plumbing was also not good. The service was slow as well.

Room was tidy, bathroom was smelly and not cleaned properly. Staff too unfriendly. Food only serve vegetarian. My first experience was my last experience here, will never recommend anyone to stay here. Price too high according to they facilities provided. You can get much better hotel compare to this price.
