The room service is horrible they took 45 min for tea, they don't have room service from 4 pm to 730pm which is strange as the hotel is listed as a 3 star hotel.

All were good, but they did not do room maintenance when we were out of the room. In all hotels, room maintenance will happen when we are out of the room.

Nice location, neat and clean property with lot of open spaces and a central portico. Walking distance to botanical garden for the fitness freaks.

Location is ok. Breakfast food options are very limited. Room quality was just ok. Bathroom fittings were broken or not in proper condition

I really liked the hospitality, ambience and amenities. I didn't like the food, gobi manchuria was very salty and very oily, tomato soup was sweet, curd rice was average.

The location is quite convenient, the food really is average, could have more variety, amenities were non existent and services were satisfactory. The hotel staff delayed requests, the service person would literally knock the door and try to open it, directly inviting himself in, the windows in room 306 weren't closing and the bathroom could be cleaner

It was my official visit, hotel & location is good even the rooms are clean somehow need more deep clean on the bathroom floors. Food was fine. Small size cockroach are roaming in the tables & floors.

I stayed 3 nights in delux room and got good discount on price. Pros : the room size is good and the hotel located near a walkable distance of mall and few good restaurants. Cons: the breakfast is average. They dont clean the rooms daily and dont replish complimentary tea and cofee daily

I have booked the premium room at monday hotels but the room doesn't contain the basic things that a hotel should have like dental kits, face towels, slippers also the room was not properly cleaned when i checked in.
