The best customer centric hotel we have lived in. Across india. The property may need a pick me up and a little sprucing up but what it lacks there it makes up with the best service, a great bar with a live band and a good location

Hotel staff were average right from check in. It took over 30 mins to check in. Rooms blinds were torn and did not close properly and let day light enter room and so could not rest. No one answers the phone at front desk. You have to call at least 8 to 10 times before anyone could answer and then direct you to different department

Enjoyed the stay. Rooms were very neat and my kids loved the pool. Food was excellent. Room rent was expensive, but worth spending it.

Stay was comfortable and relaxing. Except for the room’s fridge which wasn’t working for many hours. Despite asking for a change of fridge, engineer came and said he reset the old one however it still was the same. And changed it in the night. Request is to please check working condition of room amenities before giving it to the guests.

The hotel is too far from the it area, hitech city. Breakfast was below average. Room service was as slow as it can be. The refrigerator was locked, we had to call the room service to get it opened which was quite weird. Rooms are of old design and really need to be renovated.

Overall it was good experience. We really had a good time during our stay. I recommend to add some more play items for kids in the outdoor play area. Most of the open area was left just like that.

The room washbasin was choked most of the time. Raised issue in the hotel and maintenance guys tried to fix three times but i was always a temp fix. We had to avoid all the time using the wash basin due to block issue. I was hoping to get the room changed but no one offered any such things.

The rooms are not aired in and have a musty smell that will not just go. The bedding needs to be updated, i did not find the hotel impressive.
