The quality, cleanliness in the room was not great. There was a rat that visited us at night. Which ate up our food. Room could have been better

Good value accomodation with great access to secunderabad railway station and parade ground metro. Classic old historic hotel in non touristy area Staff super friendly, multiple local food options onsite with some good western cafes nearby as well as some international chains like dominos and subway within a few metres. Be aware no alcohol onsite. Rooms and bedding clean and water hot. But noisy as on a main street but i like these hustle and bustle so suited me. Don't expect fancy but for the price it's good value.

Cockroach all over room dust in every table lamp. Floor is sticky bathtub has cracks and mud is coming out of it.

This is the third time i stayed in this place and had worst experience all the 3 times. Causes being first. This being winter no hot water is provided, bath room kit is not provided for 2 people stay, outside food is not allowed and when we ordered something from restaurant the response time to get the items was around 1 hour. Plates, spoons are not provided, restaurant staff was rude when requested for something.

pictures are misleading hotel looks like a old haunted building , no hot water facility, restaurant is only maintained but has expensive menu….hotel is a total waste of money

The rooms were in a bad dhape- no hygiene ac was not working properly no room service no support staff front desk was not even remotely hospitable food was served without crockery in the room toilets were bad too bottom-line,

Very bad conditioned toilets. Flush was not working. Inf-act the nob was broken. Room conditions very below average. As per the price they provided very bad service.

Bad maintenance, zero service, location wise good. It’s like self help. They don’t have intercom also for any service. Very old property
