Room was ok. But basic facilities were not there like dental bath kit, even didn't have an intercom facility in the room we stayed. So for each n every small thing we had to go down to reception counter. Service was not prompt also house keeping staff was not well trained. Another thing is reg hotels restaurant. Taste of food was ok. Restaurant had a very very few options (2-3 only. For lunch and dinner. Also they were only 2 people one shef and other helper. And there was rush in hotel. So found very difficult to get meal on time. Also timing of restaurant was not convenient manager was rude too.

No soap and shampoo in the room, bedsheets were dirty and smelling, no proper service, not recommended in make my trip, i have wasted money by booking

Initially they assigned a room for me. In this room I am unable to use the bath shower and the TV system. Made a compliant get a feedback to compromise those. Since I haven't agreed they changed my room. The new room assigned to me also not good which I came to know on the next day. When i am making myself ready, my soap was missed in the room. After some time witnessed that the soap there on the sofa which was eaten by the rat 😖

Good staff polite behaviour, it’s near to bhel and easily transport is available, we can get food through leading apps like zomato, swiggy etc

Nice clean hotel with nice food. On main road so easy to find. Lift is available to get to the hotel. It is at 3 and 4 floors.

Hotel ssr have good, clean and specious rooms. Attached to road, good transport accessibility. You can swiggi good quality of food. For tp faction factory at ground and 1st level.

The hotel staff were well mannered and polite. Since i was late for checkin they called and enquired about when i am reaching. After reaching late at night checkin was hassle free. Rooms are clean and spacious.

Service not good. Bed sheets and towels are not ironed. New bed sheets also coming smell. Gleezar is not working. Ac light coiling. Total worst experience this one

( in room no 411 during 16th June to 18th June 2023) at OSTIN Rain TR33 Following are horrible / irritating experience: 1) when asked to send drinking water in room, then they said no water jug or water glass will be provided in room. I need to purchase mineral water bottle. No complimentary drinking water in room . They have kept water dispenser on 3rd floor and they expect guests should come from room (4th floor ) and take the water from dispenser. 2) They charged Rs per day. Only 5 Rs medimix soap was complimentary. No tooth brush, no toothpaste, no slipppers, no shampoo, no lotion , forget about all other complimentary thing. 3) intercom not working. At the time of room allocation only they told that I will have come to 3rd from 4th floor for asking/ informing anything. 4. Towel found uncleaned. Bed linen uncleaned. 5) Room floor seems not wet mopped since week period of time. 6) No hangers in room. Insulting response when requested for the same. Very rude room service boys. 7) water clogging in bathroom.Drain jali seems not attended / cleaned since many days. 8) While leaving for work at 10:00 AM from hotel I categorically told at reception counter as well as to house keeping boy to clean my room by evening I return back. But to my disappoint nothing was been done. 9) Not willing to share charging adopter for half an hour ( I forgot to carry adopter but cable was with me. After repeated request reception fellow shared me later. 10) Water geyser was not delivering hot water in room no 411. 11) Behaviour and talk of reception fellow was rude as if they are doing favour on guests.

Especially the receptionist was too rude and untrained, please i suggest the hotel to keep well experienced employees with good hospitality skills, not rude and dumb receptionist who exist in the hotel.
