Location was convenient. All amenities were fine. Room was clean and bathroom was tidy too. Overall it was a nice experience. Food is not available, we need to order from outside.

they made their late checkin customers to at different place in Kondapur and ask extra money without bill. the new place is 3 km far there they don't have even handwash and soap.

Location was good, food was not there. They might provide tea but nothing else. Food has to be order by you from outside. Staff was friendly and cordial.

Totally renovated, looks like new property. The front view of the hotel is very beautiful. There is a world map in the front view of the reception. It's attractive. In this price range, room is perfect. Staff are very helpful. I saw many positive reviews. So, accordingly my stay experience was positive. Over all it's an excellent hotel.

Hotel has become one of the best choice ever. Rooms are so beautiful. No stains and fresh bed sheets were provided. Washroom was fully clean. It was homely stay for me. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. House keeping staff are on time available when need. I'll say it's may be best hotel in kondapur, hyderabad area. I extended my stay at this hotel for next two days.

I have stayed in this hotel for many months at one go. The hospitality of the hotel staff is remarkable, hygiene maintained very well. Homely atmosphere but at same time you get professional services. Good food. Good ambiance. All essential commodities at a walking distance. It is a hotel i will recommend strongly for every one to stop by and enjoy the hospitality.

Nice quality rooms available at this property. This hotel is located at perfect location. Rooms are very nice, hygienic and perfect for all. All the staff i met from the check in to the check out, were very helpful and polite towards guest. Front desk staff are very friendly. This is highly recommended hotel in kondapur area for it's best quality service. My self satisfaction of staying at this hotel is top-notch. I'll visit here again if i am back to hyderabad again. At last thanks to alum for your help and doing good communication with us.

I've stayed here for the second time, this time around and I would definitely recommend this hotel. Arrangements and facilities are very good and cleanliness has been maintained well, a comfortable environment created and Receptionist have communicated well and cleared all my queries and his receiving was good.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at hotel rio, kondapur and i must say it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment i stepped into the hotel's elegant lobby to the time i checked out, i was treated to a level of hospitality by alum "front desk staff" that exceeded all my expectations. It is very nearer to the main roadie ht line, amenities are godd. Management and staff are polite in nature. Decent accommdation with reasonable tariff. It will be more comfortable if the food is available with in the premises. How ever please provide coffee/tea atleast in the morning.
