Very bad condition room, dirty and damaged toilets. I booked me reservation with breakfast included. They denied for breakfast. Horrible chain in make my trip

The bathroom is in terrible condition with an unpleasant smell that makes it impossible to enter. The fan is noisy when turned on, and the bed is unstable and partially damaged.

They provide worst cot it is not comfortable and they didn't change the clothes who were used previously, not comfortable for families.
