Overall stay is very good, staff are very supportive. Rooms are clean and maintain the hygiene as well. Will visit again and stay in the same hotel.

Overall stay was good, but there are miscommunications between makemytrip and the hotel. Which ultimately causing problem me during my stay. As the breakfast was charged during booking but it was denied and water bottles also not provided. Which was the basic issues i face during my stay.

Wanted extra money for daytime visitors. Didn't provide even water in the room and asked us to zomato it. Did not provide utensils either

Staff: extremely rude. Act in a manner that the guests have a compulsion to stay, so they are at the mercy of us surrounding: numerous cars around the hotel with continuous movement. Gives mafia type vibes toliteries: no brush, no toothpaste, no water bottles breakfast: although free, i did not bother to try.

The hotel staff doesn't care. They didn't provide towels, neither gave us the water when we arrived. We had breakfast in our bookings but they said no to it & then refunded 1/4 of the amount. Very bad experience.

The hotel room was great, but i had one issue. The two single mattresses that make up the queen-size bed kept separating, leaving a big gap in the middle, which was uncomfortable.

My room 202 was not in good condition room ac, phone and tv was not working. Room main door is stuck many times and bathroom door was not working. Really very bad experience with this hotel.

Clean and spacious rooms. Hotel is very near to hitech city area and is walkabke distance from raidurg metro.

They gave torn bed sheet. No induction there, staffs not help full, there are lots of cocroch in every room

I stayed for 2 days, during the stay i found out that quality of bed was not good, it was weak. Beds bugs were present in the mattress.
