Right opp to the secretariat in central hyd with easy accessibility. New hotel & maintained well. No star facilities, but clean and simple. Staff are polite and helpful. Economical and comfortable!

The stay was terrible for starters, the entrance was filled with people smoking. The receptionist was not at all a professional. As per the description on mmt, this hotel has room service and in house dining 24 hours. But for the six days that we stayed, there was no house keeping, no prompt garbage clearance, no food service and no water bottle was given. Also, they stopped the water in the washroom randomly. At checkout, no receipt was given.

Stay at superb hotel was excellent. Great location and view. Many famous tourist attractions are nearby from the hotel and some are within walking distance. Very good service and support from danish. Staff is polite and co-operative.

Good to stay for a day or two

Property location was very impressive. One can view the hussain sagar lake and secretiate building. Will not recommend food in hotel. There are multiple restaurants near by. Just check your room before checkin. We were given standard room while our booking was deluxe room. Mm t is hopeless in case of any support regarding this. There is no amenities.

My recent stay at hotel superb was disappointing. The room was unkempt, with stained sheets and a musty smell. The service was slow and unresponsive to complaints. Despite the promising name, my experience fell far short of expectations. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable stay. We already left the room. Because have to go to hospital

Property's location is good. That is the only good thing, food is not good, amenities - not cleaned room for the 4 days stay i have there, not changed towels also. No parking space
