Worst place to take this hotel, they expect people to use the rooms as a cloak room but not to stay, room is full of fungus smell, walls are wet and bed is ridiculous and bathrooms are horrible

Vary bad, i booked 3 days (stay 3 days) service very poor 3 days no bedsheet change, i have stander ac but no remote give and not cleen, so i dont go next time. Reception also not response goodly.

Horrible experience

Very terrible experience. Behavior of hotel staff are very rude. Hotel rooms are in very dirt condition. A lot of cockroach and other small bugs are available in the rooms. I strongly recommends not to book in this hotel otherwise u regret for your booking!

Staff asking for booking document copy, I was showing him but he refused to admit it… after that he said he don’t have single AC room but I have booked. Room is very dirty… toilet door can be closed properly … washroom is very very bad.

Room is not satisfactory, even during departure time hotel manager wanted printed copy of the booking papers with make my trip. It's really a horrible condition as then our flight time. Although they may informed me before and i can easily arrange the printed documents. At last i bound to pay money for the print and arrived airport in time.

First of all calling this building a hotel is not justified by any means. After entering into hotel instead of welcoming they asked what are you doing here and why are you here in very disrespectful manner. condition of rooms and toilet is worst than public toilets. I suggest instead of taking this hotel sleep at secunderabad railway station because station is far more clean than this hotel.

The room was not cleaned and the bathroom was not cleaned too. The room was dusty and the room service were not active. The room telephone was not working. There is no wifi which was mentioned in the amenities.
