Hotel rooms were very neat and well maintained. Washrooms were spacious. Breakfast was too good with numerous options. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Since it was christmas time, entire hotel was well decorated and christmas vibes was felt.

There is no proper response in reception. The telephone in the room is not working went to reception they said will send some one in 5 minutes but till 30 min there is no one came

Her thoughtful gesture added a personal touch to our celebration, and we are extremely grateful for her kindness. Additionally, mr. Haj i at the reception was equally courteous and helpful, ensuring that we felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. The stay was good but the paneer which they are serving to their guest was very bad. It was 100% adulterated. Sorry, i don't have images of my stay.

I had an incredible stay . The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to major attractions, shopping districts, and public transportation. From the smooth check-in process to the concierge’s helpful recommendations, everything was handled with professionalism and care. The food at the hotel’s restaurant was a highlight. The breakfast buffet had a fantastic variety of fresh, delicious options, and the dining experience in the evening was equally impressive. Each dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavor. As for the amenities, the hotel didn’t disappoint. The pool area was also a great spot to unwind. The park hyderabad hotel was good. All staff and housekeeping were good. Specially thanks to mars haseena from housekeeping, she cleaned our room -4005 very nicely and she is experiencing in her area.
