A good cozy stay near hussain sagar. Decent rooms, polite and supportive staff, good breakfast options. But only the food rates for lunch is little expensive. It's located in centre from all tourist places around so ideal for those who wish to see lots of places in short time.

The hotel offers everything you may be looking for. The property boast of good location, neat rooms, helpful staff and management. I stayed for 3 days and my experiance was very good. Also, great price.

1) rooms were small & was not enough for 3 + 1 2) i wanted to got o ramoji & hotel is aware that the pick up happens at 8:00 am but still they didn't manage to serve early breakfast. Most of the hotels accommodate such request so i am quite disappointed.

Very nice stay in hyderabad. Not sure why they’ve received negative reviews. Maybe paid ones. The place is accessible. Small rooms but very clean. Restrooms are good but can be a bit more clean. Breakfast buffet is very good. Staffs are very prompt and polite and great hospitality by the team.

We stayed at the platinum boutique inn during our family trip to hyderabad. Our experience was awesome throughout our stay of 3 days here. Spotless clean room, bathroom, good breakfast, polite and helpful staff, quick service and family friendly environment. I found it great choice for family travellers. My special thanks goes to mr. Aakash who arranged everything perfect for us to make our stay comfortable and our ramoji film city tour memorable. Next time i visit hyderabad, my preferred choice would be this hotel again.

Lift is risky it has hinderances at multiple floors, washroom stinks, exhaust of the washroom does not work, pegions make their breeding ground in the washroom, bathing units taps and showers are all broken or loosely fitted, room cleaning staff comes around 3 pm, food overpriced, staff do not care abt providing the services even if u ask anything u will need to follow up on the request but they will not respond to your request. Based on the above the price per night should not be what they are charging. Very bad experience - had ot not been a trip boo-led by officials i woukd have checked out in a day from there

Location is very good. Staff behaviour is also good. They are cooperative. Only toilet should be more clean. Room ac not worked properly. Rest is all good. Nice stay in this hotel.

The stay was good. Normal wear and tear which is acceptable. The a/c was making lots of sounds which we told them when we checked out to do a servicing. The only issue was that the wifi is super bad that i had to use my data the whole time and when i asked for a hair dryer, it was not available. Usually even budget hotels have hair dryer. Other than that, the stay was good.

It's an uncomfortable stay given the rent i've paid for. Although felt safe, the room was so small, tv was pathetic and the bathroom layout was terrible. Especially the toilet seat and the wash basin literally overlapped each other! you have to request to get the toiletries. Even with the exorbitant amount, there's no complimentary bf! positives: courteous staff, free cloak room (given an odd checkout time of 10am, prime locality and eatable food (although process are skyhigh!
