Booked two nights stay while travel-ling for a business trip. Was welcomed by bed bugs in the room, changed the room, but of no use, turned on the a/c there was water leaking. The second night, there was no water supply, and i was told i would get water in the bucket. All in all, it was a terrible experience.

First of all i reached the hotel around 11.20 am, I requested him to arrange a room and I have to reach the office for the first time for an interview. he said no before 12pm we cannot arrange it. The room he provided me, their commode seats detached, tambaaku spitted on the walls.
